The Islamic Revolution
Everything starts a miracle; the Islamic revolution’s great and decisive victory over the biggest and the strongest exploiter in the world was like a miracle. However, it wasn’t the end of the story, but only the first chapter. As you know, every country that wants to get free of the tyranny and hegemony of the USA, unavoidably faces with the threat of separatism at home. We faced with a lot of riots alongside our borders. Following the revolution and establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, separatist groups revolted in some regions comprising Khuzistan Kurdistan, and Gonabad. As soon as three to four months after the revolution, the United States planned some deadly plots to overthrow the newly established Islamic Republic of Iran, namely the Nojeh coup and Tabas Operation.
Nojeh coup had a strange story. The main plan was to overthrow the government, assassinate Ayatollah Khomeini, and bombard and occupy sensitive centers in Tehran. The United States’ plan was to take control of Nojeh Air Base, near Hamedan, by the help of some officers the air force, army and secret service, and then give the appearance of an Iraqi invasion, while the real aim was to provide a pretext to cover a coup d'état to restore Shah. However, the plot was exposed by two of its operatives the night before the day appointed for the coup.
Tabas Operation was an attempt to end the hostage crisis and occupy Tehran by some sudden airstrikes. But it was Divine Providence that this plot failed, too. After all the plots failed, the great eight-year war started between Iran and Iraq. In the end, not only did Iran defeat Iraq, but it also crushed all the other countries which helped Iraq, namely America. The important thing is that the United States is still Iran’s archenemy and doesn’t stop making plots against Iran. Their last resort has been plotting against Iran by organizing soft wars.
